Abstract
This paper explores the role of Christian leaders in the moral development of college students using relevant literature and the framework created by psychologist Lawrence Kohlberg. The paper discusses the importance of college years in faith and moral development, Lawrence Kohlberg and a Christian understanding of his work, as well as the implications of these findings for Christian educators and leaders of college student communities.
