Abstract
We were challenged to read a book that related to leadership and what it takes to become a great leader. The Twin Thieves focused on how a high school football coach recognized something in his program needed to change and another coach helped him along in that journey. The fear of failure and fear of judgment, along with many other things, had been holding his program back from long-term success and they wanted to do everything they could to change that.
A presentation deck from a class presentation of this material is also included.
