Abstract

The vision of New Worlds is to transport the user to a virtual world and create a virtual reality experience that is indistinguishable from reality by allowing motion in 3 dimensions. The scope of the senior project was to create a system that allows for motion in one dimension using foot pucks to simulate the ground moving underfoot. This presentation was given as an overview of tasks accomplished and lessons learned throughout the project.
