Abstract
Pastor Rob Neel gives a “state of the union address” on the relationship between Taylor University and the community.
Pastor Rob Neel Attended Taylor for one year until he was encouraged to try Ball State. He taught 10 years in public school (nine at Eastbrook Junior. High). He then earned his Master of Divinity at Asbury Seminary. Rob has served as pastor of Upland United Methodist Church the past 12 years. He married his wife Tammy (“Z”) 30 years ago. They have three children: TU grads Sarah (‘09), Esther (‘13), and David (’15).
