Abstract
Pastor Augustine Davies speaks on the goals of missions as found in the Bible.
Pastor Augustine (Gus) Davies is a Pastor at Northland, A Church Distributed in Longwood, FL. He has seen a web of events, experiences and cultures connect in his life and ministry. He and his wife, Jeneba, and their two daughters, Angie and Cathy, came to us from their home of Sierra Leone, West Africa. Gus trained at the African Bible College in Liberia, West Africa, and got his master’s degree in Christian education from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi. His work experiences range from radio broadcasting to youth ministry to the pastorate. This broad vision that he brings to Northland helps create communities that connect people across cultures and continents. If you talk to Pastor Gus, don’t be surprised if you, too, are drawn into his passion to equip and mobilize the body of Christ for ministry everywhere, every day.
