Dr. Aaron E. Lavender is a Certified Church Consultant with 40 years of pastoral ministry experience. He is Founder and Director of Reshape Ministry, a ministry designed to assist Pastors and Local Churches in revitalizing and reshaping its efforts in fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20; Eph. 4:11-16). Reshape Ministry focuses on three key ministry components: (1) church consulting, (2) pastoral (ministerial) coaching, and (3) leadership training & development.

Dr. Lavender desires to use his spiritual gifts and pastoral experience to provide pastors and churches with the Biblical expertise needed to revitalize their ministries. His latest book, “Enduring Truth – Restoring Sound Theology & Relevance to African American Preaching),” was published in 2017 by B&H Academic, Nashville, TN.

Dr. Lavender and his wife (Ledora) currently reside in Katy, Tx.
